ABOUT MYTABLER

MyTabler is the start-up company behind myTabler, a hospitality booking and operations platform built for restaurants, lounges, clubs, and short-term events such as pop-ups, concerts, and festivals. myTabler brings every part of the hospitality experience together, serving guests looking for a great night out while giving venues, hosts, operators, and businesses of all sizes the tools to manage their operations more effectively.

Our mission is simple: reimagine hospitality through smarter technology. On a slow day, most systems work. It is on the busiest nights that the cracks begin to show: missed reservations, payment confusion, long waits, and operational chaos. myTabler was built for those moments, bringing bookings, payments, guest management, and day-to-day operations into one connected platform.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Partner Success Lead is the operational backbone behind every partner that comes onto myTabler. Where the Senior Manager builds the relationship and closes the deal, you ensure everything that follows is accurate, documented, and complete. You own contracts, compliance, partner readiness, and the quality of what guests see on the platform.

Nothing goes live on myTabler without your input. You will report into the Senior Manager, supporting partner onboarding and contributing directly to reporting. This is a detail-oriented role for someone with a strong visual sensibility, ownership of process, and an eye for quality that protects myTabler’s premium positioning.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Partner onboarding & readiness

– Manage the onboarding process for every new partner, from contract signature through to go-live

– Collect, verify, and configure all operational data required to onboard a venue, including building table layouts directly in myTabler’s admin platform on behalf of each operator

– Review all partner content before anything goes live; nothing below standard is approved

– Enable partner access to myTabler only upon written confirmation from the Senior Manager of a fully executed contract and confirmed payment

– Build and maintain onboarding materials, checklists, and templates so the process stays consistent and scalable

Contracts & compliance

– Draw up service contracts for all new partners based on information from onboarding calls and applications; send within 24 hours of a complete handoff from the Senior Manager

– Send contracts, follow up until signed, and maintain accurate records of all executed agreements

– Track renewal dates, outstanding signatures, and partner-specific terms across the full partner base

– Ensure every partner has formally acknowledged myTabler’s terms, privacy policy, and platform rules before going live; documented, not assumed

– Flag any unsigned, expired, or non-compliant agreements to the Senior Manager promptly

Guest-facing timeline management

– Manage the guest-facing timeline, the home page of myTabler where guests begin their booking journey

– Curate which operators are displayed, in what order, and in which rows; the page must reflect myTabler’s premium standard at all times

– Update rows to reflect new partners, seasonal relevance, and featured operators as the partner base evolves

– Ensure every operator on the timeline has a photo and information that meets myTabler’s quality bar

– Produce a weekly timeline log covering every change made, operators added or removed, and quality issues actioned

Supporting the Senior Manager

– Prepare materials ahead of demos and follow up on outstanding items after onboarding calls

– Manage the administrative and documentation tasks that keep onboarding and contracts moving

– Keep internal records, the pipeline tracker, and the contract log current at all times

– Contribute to weekly and month-end reports: provide contract status, onboarding pipeline data, and the timeline log before the Senior Manager’s report is produced

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in client onboarding, contract management, or operations; preferably within hospitality, legal, or a compliance-driven environment.

– Experience in contracts, compliance, operations, or an administrative role is preferred

– Familiarity with Ghana’s business or legal landscape is a strong advantage

– Basic design tool literacy (Canva, Figma, or similar) is a bonus
