Operator Terms

Last updated 22 August 2026

This page tells you what you’re signing up to before you talk to us. It’s a summary, not the contract. The real thing is the myTabler Operator Agreement, which we send you to sign.

This page is a summary. It is published so you know what you’re getting into before you speak to anyone. It is not the contract and it does not replace it. The binding document is the myTabler Operator Agreement, which we prepare with your commercial terms filled in and send to you for signature. Where this page and that agreement differ, the agreement wins.

What the agreement covers

The Operator Agreement has two parts and six schedules.

Part A, Order Form. Your details, your plan, your term, your fees, and your settlement account. This is the part that changes per operator, and it’s the part we fill in with you.

Part B, Master Terms. The legal terms. These are the same for every operator on the platform and are not negotiated in the field. If you want a change here, it goes to the Director.

Schedules. Plans and entitlements, fees and settlement, data processing, acceptable use, service levels, and renewals.

The shape of the deal

You pay a subscription for your plan, monthly or annually. See Fees and Settlement.

We charge a platform transaction fee on bookings. In most cases the guest pays this at checkout, so you’re settled the price you set.

We collect guest payments through a licensed payment provider and settle to your account by the third business day after the booking date, with on-demand payout available in the app.

Your side

You keep every licence you need to trade: business registration, food hygiene, liquor, entertainment permits, fire safety, insurance. We don’t check these for you and we don’t carry them for you.

You’re responsible for what happens at your venue. The contract for the food, the drinks, the entry and the night is between you and the guest. We are not a party to it.

You keep your listings accurate: availability, pricing, package contents, hours, event details, and you honour every booking you confirm.

You meet the standards in Acceptable Use of myTabler. Those cover booking response times, cancellation conduct, listing accuracy and guest treatment.

Our side

We provide the platform, the floor plan system, the booking flow, the door tools and the reporting module.

We collect and settle your money on time.

We protect your commercial information. We will not show your pricing, volumes or settlement figures to another operator, and we will not use them to advantage one. See Your Data as an Operator.

We support you to the service levels in the agreement; one hour on a critical incident during peak hours.

Term and renewal

You choose a six or twelve month initial term. Unless your Order Form says otherwise, it renews automatically for the same length.

Either side can stop the renewal with 30 days’ notice before the end of the term.

Before every renewal, your Client Success Specialist runs a review with you 60 days out, covering plan fit, fees, settlement details and standing under Acceptable Use. If nothing changes, it just renews. If something changes, both sides sign a short confirmation.

Suspension and termination

We can suspend access where payment is more than 30 days overdue, where we reasonably suspect fraud, where you’re in serious breach of the standards, or where the law or our payment provider requires it. We give notice and a chance to fix it wherever circumstances allow.

Bookings already confirmed still have to be honoured and are still settled to you.

Either side can end the agreement for material breach that isn’t fixed within 15 days.

Guest data

Guests are shown to you by a Guest ID, not by their full name, along with the details you need to seat and serve them. Booking data stays inside the platform; exporting guest personal data is switched off for the first twelve months. This protects guests, keeps your own data protection exposure small, and means the relationship you build is a real one rather than a list.

Full detail in the Privacy Policy.

Law

Ghanaian law. Disputes go to a conversation first, then mediation under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798), then the courts of Accra.
